Agile for Everyone: Building Better Teams Through Play |
Agile for Everyone: Building Better Teams Through Play
This session invites participants to explore the power of gamification and play as tools for learning, engagement, and team development. Using a game, teams will collaborate in a fast-paced, iterative challenge that blends fun with meaningful insights. While the emphasis is on fun-first learning, the session is grounded in Agile thinking—highlighting how experimentation, feedback, and adaptation can drive performance and creativity. As Agile coaches, we use play to unlock deeper understanding of team dynamics, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem-solving. Whether you're new to Agile or simply looking to energize your team, this session offers a playful, hands-on experience that connects people and ideas.
