As interest in our dinner has grown, our approach of offering seats on a first-come, first-served basis has become more and more challenging. Given the number of requests submitted only seconds apart, the process no longer seems fair: we are not able to accommodate the majority of requests submitted within minutes of opening registration for the dinner.
In an effort to make the process of offering seats fairer for all, we have decided to award seats through a lottery. All entries submitted by April 27, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. EDT will be entered into the lottery. We will select the winning entrants randomly and notify you by May 7th, 2018 if your name was drawn or not. All those that did not get a seat will remain on the waiting list. If people decline their seats another random draw will be held. To enter your name in the lottery, you must be a DPI affiliate.
